Insurance Reminder for Student Athletes and International Students
All Student-Athletes and International students must complete the health insurance waiver/verification process for primary health insurance. The university has partnered with our Insurance Broker, Gallagher Student Insurance, to manage the waiver process. Several reminder emails from Gallagher about completing your insurance waiver have been emailed. If you have not completed your waiver yet, please go to one of those emails and click the waiver link in that email message. You should then be automatically logged in to your Gallagher student portal. If you are not automatically logged in, you will log in using your TU email address and password.
Student-Athletes: You will also have several medical forms that need to be filled out and completed prior to arriving on campus. Our Sports Medicine Team utilizes an online records system for you to complete these forms.
Students who are new to TU: (Freshmen and Transfers) should utilize this document for guidance on which forms need completed.
Returning student athletes can utilize this document for guidance on which forms need completed.
